Starting from simple, yet contemporary and popular like ¼ Round, ¼ Bevel, Half Bullnose, Ogge, through fancy and elegant like Dupont, Cove, Flat Ogge, Ogge Bull, and finally elaborate and sophisticated like Waterfall, Cove Dupont, Cove Ogee, and Platner, to name just a few of them.
Fabrication costs of edge can significantly affect the final price. Generally, the more complex the shape of the project and particularly the shape of the finished edges, the higher the price will be. Fortunately, a single thickness plain polished edge makes an excellent appearance and most customers choose this standard, especially when using the 3 cm (1.18") thickness. Stone is usually polished to a high gloss finish. It is also available in a "honed" finish if desired, but this will increase the cost.

All of the edges presented below can be fabricated on standard 3cm (1 ¼ inch) slabs with the exception of some fragile stones (Bianco Romano, Zeus). This does not hold for 2cm (3/4 inch) slabs - only selected edges (see details below) can be fabricated on this thickness.
